Videocon Industries — non resumption of the channels after recharging. | |||
Two days back i have got recharged my customer id no.55120570 at buchpora srinagar j&k state, but the dashboard asks to recharge besides completing other alternative formalities. We have been put to a lot of inconveniences and have got disgusted with your services. This attitude of yours may force us to switch over to other services like tata sky etc. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that we have tried to contact on RTN ( [protected] ) but you are not contactable. As per your concern related to channels not working we have sent refresh command. Kindly share error screenshot if you face an issue.
