Videocon Industries — not able to get my desired package

Hi

I have been calling to customer care and sending them email to remove all channels just to subscribe star, zee and sony.

But they are insisting me to pay more through forcing me to take a-la-carte channels. I have sent many reminders and called to customer care they are not telling me how can i get my channels. On each call they tell me website name but they havent not provided options for my desired packages.

Can you please suggest us what can we do and guide us on this
