Videocon Industries — not providing service under warranty | |||
I had purchase videocon LED TV on purchase date 30.10.214 with 5 year warranty. i had been complaint on date 26.05.2018 of Display not working, complaint no is:-DEL[protected]. from that day problem is not resolved, and complaint is closed by themselves. Every day i contact to the customer care and concern person, however they didn't give any response. so please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

After 3 months service centre confirm to me that the damage parts not available so company offering to me replacement of TV.
But under warranty how can demand this amount.
