Today i was called to this customer care no [protected]. For signal problem of my d2h set up box. This is purely signal problem from your videocon d2h, for that they asked me rs: 450/ rupees for reinstallation of dish antenna. For resolving this issue i called more than 10 time today, but simple they are disconnecting the phone. What is this, this is purely careless about customer, because we have paid the amount before your are providing service. Another big problem with this customer care is, every time i have to tell entire story form starting onwards. This is ridicules and cheap behavior with customer. Even supervisors also not responding, while talking simple they are disconnecting the phone. Pleas resolve this problem as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||

Rang up nearly 10 times but we get the recorded reply :-" All lines are busy on this route Pl call after some times. It seems they are deliberately doing this to avoid customer's complaints regarding imlementation of TRAI's new Tariff Regulations.
Pl take necessary action.
