Videocon Industries — poor website performance of videocon d2h

Videocon d2h website is very very slow. It is filled with unwanted jazzy features and does not load properly.

I am not able to select my own packages, each and every time I am getting "504 error". its just disgusting. TRAI has now allowed us to select our own packages but with this poor website performance we are not able to select our own packages. Seems like its their cheap trick which does not allow us to select our own packages and looting the money of customers. I request to take strict action against this.

If I didnt recharge for 1 month I will get many calls to rechage immediately. Videcon just wants money.

I expect videocon to improve upon their website interface. Make the site up and available.
