[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Premature disconnection of D2H connection | |||
Fed up with Dish TV, I purchased 3 D2H connections on Mar 8, 2016 vide cust id[protected]. To my utter surprise my connection were disconnected on Jan 3, 2016 which is a good 65 days prior to the expiry. It seems the malpractices of Dish TV have started percolating to D2H after their acquisition as well. I called your cust care no but they were unable to give any reply and just acting funny. I give you 24 hrs to resolve the same failing which, I will have no option but to approach the honr'l consumer court for harassment and mental agony. Was this information helpful? | |||
