Dear Sir, Pl. refer my customer ID[protected], I am facing following problem in this. 1. For last one week only free advertisement channel are coming in the TV. 2. For other Channel it show Error E 04-4 3. I am talking in your Customer Care for last 4-5 days, but could not getting any positive response. 4. In fact your customer care staff just completing the formality. 5. Please take this seriously, and solve this problem immediately and confirm. An early action will be highly appreciated.
