Videocon Industries — recharge amount was credited to wrong account | |||||
Hello Videocon d2h, I recharged my account through your website with correct RMN option after payment the amount was credited to a different account (this is absolutely issue from your website). this was happed on June 20th 9.30 PM. I suggest please remove this option so that further other customers won't face this problem. Here is the list of item I did after recharge - Sent email to customer care (No reply till now) - Calling every day to your support, No proper response. (every day at least I have to spend 2hrs) - Till date, I spoke with 5 customer care managers. Every time i am getting the information as a sent email to client team & waiting for the reply. Do your team takes 15 days to give the reply??? is this your process?? I have the complete call data how your customer care is handling customers. How much time they keeping in HOLD in the call. - complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. for a couple of times, I got the information as the wrong reference number. But, I sent the reference number screenshot which I got after successful recharge to customer care email. TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FOR MY EMAIL. Could you please provide the steps to resolve my problem other than calling customer care/sending email to [protected]@d2h.com which i did so many times already. Was this information helpful? | |||||
