Videocon Industries — recharged to wrong customer id

I have sent detail mail regarding the issue to [protected]@d2h.com from my email id [protected]@gmail.com on 16/02/19 so far i have not received any revery from your team.
I have 2 conncetion in the name of mala in that one connection is deactivated unfortunately i recharged rs.1470 to the same id. Need to transfer the same amount to my another customer id.
I have called customer care number, the answer is very bad. Please do the needful to solve this issue at the earliest.
