[Resolved] Videocon Industries — recharge/due date issue | |||
Hi, My videocon d2h customer id is[protected] . I have recharged with 331 rs (1 months value) as Gold Maxi recharge value on 9th May 2018 . This should give me recharge due date as 8th June but some unknown reason it is showing me 5th June as Due date for next recharge . I have complained about this multiple times to their help desk no [protected] but every time they are raising new tickets and saying back end team will look into this . Below are the request no : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] When I asked them for the status of the above mentioned tickets, they simply says back end team closed the tickets as no action pending and they simple create new ticket as they do not have proper explanation for that .
