Videocon Industries — refusal of refund of account balance | |||
Customer id of videocon d2h[protected] I have been using the services since a long and now i need to permanently deactivate all the services and disconnect the connection. I have called the customer care department and sent the email also for the same. Surprisingly, none of the company representative turned back. O phone call they said that they will not disconnect the services. All the hardware, se top box and remote are ready to take back by the company. Am simply requesting to refund my account balance as on today. But i really do not understand what exactly the problem in refunding account balance while am not using any of services?
