Videocon Industries — regarding change in chenal package

Dear team,
I am a customer of videocon d2h, i have last recharge my packge on 09 march 2019. At that time my package is gold maxi with monthly cost of 350 and i also have add on chennel d2h kids world.
Before two days i came to know that some chennels are discontinue from my pack when i approch to call center i came to know that my apckage ia change to base apck 3977.in which some chennela are not included like star plus and add on chennel d2h kids world. The call center executive told me that as per new trai act we have change your package...
I request him to transfer the call to supervisor for lauch a complain but he told that we are not taking complaints in call center and the supervisor desk is busy rightnow so i hold the line... But the executive disconnect my call..

Disputs points...

1) videocon d2h is change my package.
Without my permission and withiout any communication... I am not able to see some channels even i have paid for the same at the time of recharge...

2) service issue — call center executive not listen to customer and disconnect the call without resolution

3) fraud with the customer that without communication activate the package.

Dear team request you to take some action agaist the service provider...
