[Resolved] Videocon Industries — regarding downgrade of my d2h pack | |||
Sir/Madam, My consumer Id is 86008612 and I wish to downgrade my pack from SUPER GOLD to GOLD LITE. In this connection, I have already sent various mails to [protected]@d2h.com but no one has been responded. At present there is no one at my home including my family, who normally watch programmes. Hence it is useless for me to recharge a heavy amount against SUPER GOLD PACK. After coming of my family from hometown, i will be upgraded in future. In view of the above please do the needful to downgrade my d2h pack at the earliest due to above personal reason.
