I had purchased videocon model V503630 prod verMOBBV50MA1Y-36D0DAvon shop clues and phone is not working properly in this regards I approached service centre but they asked for invoice /receipt while I shopped it online and invoice is still pending . The validity of guarantee period is quite less and after the purchase services of videocon is very bad kindly find enclosed herewith copy of requisite invoice which is. still pending for necessary remedial action as soon as possible.
