[Resolved] Videocon Industries — repeated error message smart card not inserted properly (e04) and sub standard set top box

Hi, i have inbuilt videocon d2h set top box. My d2h account no is 14563494. I am getting above message repeatedly since last 2-3 months. Every time i need to remove and insert card. But since last 15 days it is not all working only d2h channels are working. Several time i need to restarts tv again again. If we call customer care are about this issue, they are recommending engineer visit but we need to pay 200/- rs for that!. I am planning to move another operator soon.
