I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a HD Set Top Box I recently purchased from d2h site d2h.com. The Set Top Box was delivered within 2 days and technician was assigned to my request no.
Later, technician called me and said that he can not give connection for recieved setup box. And he did not gave me the proper explanation for this.
I tried to contact customer care to return the box (which is still not activated) but they don't have sufficient information regarding this and did not gave me any solution.
I tried to raise complaint from d2h.com but there is no option to raise a complaint from the non registered number. And also there is no way to return the box which was ordered.
I would like to return and request refund. This is worst service ever seen.
