Hi,
I purchased 40” led tv in nov 2017, after 8 months panel got faulty. I complained on customer care number, engineer visit after 3 days and told me that panel will changed and rs 400 will be charged. I again talked to customer care and make him clear that no money will be charged. Service center guy take my tv after 15 days of complain and after 100 of calls i didn’t get my tv back. Finally i went to smart care service center and take my tv.
When i checked my repaired tv, i found that tv have spot in right side. I again complained to customer care and again engineer visit after 4 days and told me that it is because of dust behind the panel while changing. He again asked for rs 400 and i refused to give money because my tv is in warranty. He told, ok will take this tv to service center after 2-3 days after 1 week i called to customer care and found that my complain has been cancelled.
If you can not provide service to customer please stop selling tv.
