[Resolved] Videocon Industries — service of videocon d2h/tv | |||
On18/6/17 we have purchased sansui led model :32hb12xaf tv from jain trader, samta nagar thane, maharashtra for rs.18500. B. No.75435. Dt. 18/6/17. It has inbuilt videocon d2h. We are facing lot of issue with this tv as one by one every part of the tv giving issues. Last week we have replaced speaker for which we have been charged rs.4000/- (2 speaker). Now we are facing some issue with inbuilt videocon set top box. Many complaints has been raised but both videocon d2h & sansui service centre is responding to our queries. Even service of sansui tv is managed by videocon. Request your help to resolve the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
