Hi, This is regarding subjected service request number. I have videocon ddb 32 inch led tv, wherein i am facing an issue of black spot on the screen. I have already handover the led to service centre i. E. Ms electronic, shop no. A-8, 9, 10, 11, 1st floor, sector 27, noida, : near vinayak hospital. The problem is that no one responding form the service centre that how much time will take to repair the led? This is to request you that please have a look on this and do the needful asap. Recently we had an error on the screen "Inserted smart card is not valid OR is inserted in the wrong direction (2)
It has been a week reporting to the videocon technicians, but nobody turn back to fix our product error. Please fix this asap.
