My id is[protected] in videocon d2h dish tv service. I booked my choiced channels star jalsa, zee bangla and ndtv hindi news channels in addition to compulsary 100 free to air channels by 30th january 2019. The company has not yet started transmitting my selected channels till yet in spite my repeated requests and follow ups. I being a senior citizen pass my time in the house by seeing the fruitful tv programmes of my choice. Now i request you to kindly take proper action with videcon d2h authorities to solve this problem of transmission of paid channels as per our choice at the earliest. Thanking you, R. N. Roy.
