Pls note we had bought a video tv, and its display went off before its warranty period, the service provider said that they would be replacing the television, it has been a year now, and no one is reverting on the complain.
We have done several followup they told us that we will hhave to pay 30% of the invoice value for replacement of the product which is in warranty, we even agreed for it, but still the company is not getting the tv replaced.
