Videocon Industries — unable to view channels in my videocon d2h

This is jeeri appala reddy and i am using videocon d2h from last 6 years and suddenly since 1 hour, i am getting an error message on my screen saying as “insuffficient balance”. But i recharged yesterday only and showing by account balance as $569.24.

Am unable to connect when i called your customer service, this is absolutely not acceptable from you guys and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider.
