Videocon Industries — videocon d2h account debited twice | |||
Customer id :[protected] On april 7 2019, i have requested to videocon team to get a service of relocation. As a part of deinstallation the field engineer visited and completed the process. I paid an amount of 400 cash to the field engineer. He acknowledged that the rest 50 rs will be paid during reinstallation. After so much of fighting d2h team finally reinstalled my service after 1 month and at the time of reinstallation the field engineer charged the amount 50 + other material charges. All the charges paid to the engineer team made by cash, but d2h team debuted my account with 450 rs, stating that the charge is for relocation and my account is now pending in negative. They are asking me to paid the service charge again to avail the service. I don’t understand how they can charge 2 times for a single request. Please help to resolve the issue. This d2h team is purely gone mad and these unprofessional guys don’t have the manner to understand customers problem.
