[Resolved]  Videocon Industries — videocon d2h d2h recharge to wrong customer id.

I am swapnil shirbhate, my wife [rachana shirbhate] has done recharge on customer id:[protected] which is shown on my tv screen but my original customer id is[protected]. She has done recharge by net banking.

Also,

My setup box is showing worng customer id... Due to which all this issue happened. Kindly resolve this issue and refund to correct customer id.

Recharge done on 5 dec 2018 at 9:20 am

Bank name: - state bank of india

Amount paid : 350 /-

I have Send the mail many times to [protected]@d2h.com many times. Every times, one response mail received and bounce mail also received.
Customer Care persons keep saying issue will be resolved in one day but no progress. and inform to drop a mail again to [protected]@d2h.com.

Till now I drop total 4 mails to [protected]@d2h.com, yet problem is not resolved!!! Same below mail I dropped just now

Mail is sand customer care email ID now 3 times and since 5-Dec continuously in touch with customer care but every time giving answers as issue will be resolve in 1 day but till now it is not resolved. Worse Experience!!!
