RESPECTED Sir/Madam, I am Perike Sreekanth consumer of Videocon d2h, My customer id:[protected], This Saturday[protected]onwards my Videocon d2h services are stopped due to signal problem and then I called trice Videocon d2h customer care [protected] lodged a complaint and willing to pay service charge 200 extra but they didn't come and didn't try to resolve my problem, I already paid for channels subscribiton amount but not receiving any channels signals till now please provide compensation for delaying my services, if problem not resolved I am willing to file a case in supreme court against Videocon d2h, please find my attachment proofs.
