[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Videocon D2H Setup Box | |||
I have complaint against Videocon d2h service.My customer id 74365028. My Setup box is working advertising site is proper working and rest of the channels is not working with some error massage, I have called to customer care and read the error message which have displayed on tv then those guys told me so many instruction and i followed after that not resolved this issue and then guys told me we will send a engineer to your place to check the problem. I have really frustrated this type of services by Customer Care Guys and Company who have just formalities i have solved the issues and complain by this type of customer care.
