Videocon Industries — videocon d2h - signal not available and horrible software issue | |||
I am facing the same issue which most other customers have been complaining about. I have been videocon d2h's customer since 2014 and now it is 2017. I never faced an issue. But when i downgraded my plan for the first time since 2014, i have started facing a plethora of issues in this. First of all, the user interface has become slow. I have to wait literally 15 seconds before the next button click on remote. It is hanging up horribly. Now the major issue is that whenever i change my channel, it says 'signal is not available'. And the weirdest part is that only colors channel, channel 105 works fine. Rest all other channels say 'signal is not available'??? What nonsense is this??? And your customer care person says that i have to pay 200rs. For rectifying this. First of all, i have never misused your company's set-top box and it still has the original sticker on it. I have used it carefully but why should i pay 200rs for which i have no fault of mine? I need this rectified within this week or else i am going to discontinue your pathetic service and also going to spread the message about your horrible service and customer cheating theory of rs.200 charges through word of mouth and social media Was this information helpful? | |||
