[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon d2h status disconnected | |||
I have registered a complaint since Saturday that my Videocon D2H isn’t working and the status is shown as Disconnected. The technical support isn’t able to resolve the issue and just giving False commitment that it would be fixed in 2 hours. Now it’s around 72 hours and no solution. On top of that the customer care says irrespective of the connection working or not.
