I have Videocon d2h . I was due for recharge of videocon d2h Tv and while doing recharge i mistakenly selected 12 months pack insted of my normal recharge of 1 month in the videocon app for android. While rechrge the app straight away directs you to paytm for payment.So for 12 months I was charged ₹7800/- i din want this 12 month recharge so i called videcon d2h customer care ([protected]) and asked them to reverse my payment. They said they will reverse it and asked me to do 1 month payment as usual. This happened on 27 february 2017. They said the payment willbe deposited in my account in 3-5 working days. Now its been 10 days but still i havnt received my payment. My complaint no. Is[protected]. My customer ID of videocon D2h is 79429072. Customer care people are indisciplined. And does not know the way to talk and handle customers. Shame on the services of videocon d2h. What should I do. File a police complaint or what? Was this information helpful? | |||||
