Videocon Industries — videocon led tv repairing service not done even after two months and charges collected even in warranty period | |||
Sir/madam, I purchased videocon led tv, vkc 32 hh, on 16.10.2015. Original warranty of 5 years and also extended by 03 years. I have contacted to service centre on 24.04.2018, m. S. Electronics (Tekcare india pvt. Ltd), an authorised service centre, h. No. 163 hig, awadh puri, vikash nagar, kanpur, mob. No. [protected] and [protected] and one person visited from service centre and charged rs.590/- for no job done and i was instructed to bring the tv to the service centre. I brought tv to the service centre on 17.05.2018 and i was charged rs.650/- for transportation charges. Today, 07.06.2018, no information about what you people are doing with my tv set. No preparing done since 24.04.2018 and no information when the issue will be resolved. I am also informed that cost of preparing and/or any component replacement charged will be collected from me. When my product is in warranty period and still 05 years warranty left with us, then why are you charging cost from ne in the name of service charge, transportation cost, repairing/components replacement charge, then what is meant by warranty and what is use of such warranty when whole cost is imposed in us. Further, the tv is still not repaired even after two months and there is information when it is going to be repaired. So, post sale, you people intentionally provide worst service and also charge all cost to the customer, why so?? Was this information helpful? | |||
