[Resolved] Videocon Industries — videocon smart tv | |
I bought Videcon LED 50 inch smart TV in Nov 2015 and paid for extended warranty. On 02-Jul-2017 I registered complain no MUM[protected] because I was unable to access Internet programs on my TV. Problem did not get sorted. By Aug 5th, my TV was not even starting. I again called up Customer service and have since been chasing up with them unremittingly and unavailingly Upshot - after paying through my nose for a high end TV and paying also for extended warranty, I have made do without a TV for the last 6 weeks. I have no clue when this situation will change if at all. Over and above that, I have suffered the indignity and aggravation o[censored]mpteen unanswered or unattended follow-up calls, broken promises, lack of interest and response and complete apathy towards my situation. In effect, I have, as a customer, paid in money, paid in time and paid in effort -all of which have been wasted and I have definitely not received what I have paid for Was this information helpful? | |
