Dear videocon d2h, as i lost my mobile which having my rtn sim, so now i wish to change my old rtn [protected] to new rtn [protected] Cutomer id is[protected]. Because of old rtn i am unable to choose the channel packs as per new trai regulations, so it is humble request to you please take appropriate actions for the same, otherwise forcefully ill hv to go with another operator. I am a vediocon customer & they doesn't not provide free channels & I complain for this many times bt they don't resolve this issue & said u have to do recharge for free channels also which is not fair ..so plz help in resolving my issue
