Videocon Industries — worst customer service for ac repair

I have purchased videocon ac 4 months back from sargam electronics gurgaon. There is no cooling and when a lodged a complaint for repair there is no response from executive. They are delaying it everyday and are misbehaving
Specially the manager named sanjay gupta from svc point showed ruthless behaviour and was very rude
He said he doesn't care if we complaint or not. This is the kind of customer eccentricity shown by videocon.
Worst brand to purchase it seems they don't care about their customer.
