Videocon Industries — wrong account get credited of 200 instead of my customer id 9019238 for recharge | |||
Dear Team, Today on 11/05/2018 at 11:57 AM while recharging my videocon D2H account no.893126 through PhonePe mobile app. Wrongly first of all, I have put the recharge amount of Rs.200 instead of Customer ID 9019238 and then put the recharge amount Rs.500. Then it is wrongly credited in to someone else account of 200. I request you to kindly give credit of amount Rs. 500/- in my account immediately.
