Dear videocon care, I want to informed you that while recharging through pay tm website for my annual rechaged of platinum hd pack by mistakely i have done recharge to 10171040 instead of my customer id[protected]. So i immediately called videocon d2h customer care and as confirmed with your customer care it is wrongly credited in to someone else account mr. Virender, I request you to kindly give credit of amount rs. 8160/- in my account immediately my customer id[protected]. My cust id[protected] Customer name : mr. Ganesh Account-id : 10117672 Annual recharge done through paytm site https://paytm.com with upi id [protected]@upi Details of my bank a/c. Name of the: bank of india Transaction receipt Rs 8160 Operator ref no is [protected] Upi transaction no[protected].
