Dear videocon care,

I want to informed you that while recharging through pay tm website for my annual rechaged of platinum hd pack by mistakely i have done recharge to 10171040 instead of my customer id[protected].
So i immediately called videocon d2h customer care and as confirmed with your customer care it is wrongly credited in to someone else account mr. Virender,
I request you to kindly give credit of amount rs. 8160/- in my account immediately my customer id[protected].
