Videocon Industries — wrong d2h number recharged through mobikwik | |||||
By mistake i did the wrong d2h recharge of rs. 657 rs. To the number[protected] instead of[protected] from mobikwik e-wallet at 3.53 pm dated on 27/12/2018 I immediately informed the mobikwik customer care regarding this but they refrained from reverting the money to my wallet. Then i made a call to videocon d2h customer care but they advised me to register a complaint through email but no response has been received till date, The mentioned number[protected] is linked with my videocon user id 32387253. My details are as under: 1) videocon d2h id: 32387253 2) registered number:[protected] 3) bank details:[protected] 4) mode of payment: mobikwik e-wallet linked with number[protected] 5) amount of recharge: 657 inr 6) mobikwik order detail: vid[protected] dec 2018, 03:53 pm ist) Further, i attached the screenshot of every detail for your better understanding & smooth resolution. I request you to kindly revert my money back to the mobikwik wallet/ bank so that i can use that amount to recharge my actual registered number.
