Videocon Industries — wrong d2h plan & non-deactivation since 20 november 2018 | |||
Dear videocon d2h, 1. I am aghast to note the non-response of videocon d2h to my 3 mails and several telephone calls. Today i further feel cheated that instead of new diamond pack (Rs 381 per month), my plan has been changed "without my consent" to platinum combo (Rs 531 per month). My d2h is not even connected for last 6 months since 20 november 2019. 2. My videocon d2h app on android is also not working since last 6 months. Also website does not allow me to log in. App does not send me otp for mobile login even to my registered mobile number [protected]. My login password is also changed by your company which i am not aware of. 3. Please take following actions urgently :- (A) transfer me to trai minimum mandatory plan immediately with effect from 01 february 2019. (B) deactivate my d2h connection from 20 november 2018 till 20 may 2019 as its kept packed up in store and in disuse. (I had requested this vide my email of 17 november 18, 14 february 19 and several phone calks to customer care). (C) refund me the wrongly charged amount for platinum combo. (D) refund me the wrongly charged amount for active connection from 20 november 2018 to 20 may 2019 (6 months). (E) intimate me website login password. Activate my android app. Check why otp is not being delivered to my registered mobile number [protected] to allow mobile app login. 4. Please refer my trailing email sent at 0952 hours on 17 november 2018 which had requested for temporary deactivation of my videocon d2h connection with effect from 2300 hours on 19 november 2018, as i am on long vacations and have physically disconnected videocon d2h wef 19 november 2018 till about 20 may 2019 (6 months of disuse). 5.
