Videocon Industries — wrong recharge to another id which is previously mine

I did a recharge of 310 to my old setup box of videocon d2h which is having a subscriber id:[protected] i need my refund for this amounting in :310 rupees
I also contacted customer care of videocon d2h regarding this but there is no response from the side please resolve this as soon as possible
