Please find the below mail conversation with Videocon Consumer Care, what is the use of buying videocon product if they and their vendor srinivas electronics behave in this manner, please don't allow this kind of people to sell their useless product in the market and foul us, i am writing this because if anyone who read this mail conversation should not buy videocon product in future.

Hi,

Today morning Service engineer came and now they are saying this issue is related to Panel(No Video with Audio). i am not at all happy with the service provided by you guys last time also it seems to be same issue but it was mentioned as SMPS Power Supply in the bill and Now they are saying it differently and my RS4300 which was charged last time was eaten by your vendor(SRINIVAS ELECTRONICS). Now i just need to throw this useless TV into Waste basket. If you guys provide service in this manner i am damn sure Videocon is not going to survive in this competitive market and i am going to write this in all online consumer complain let the world sees about your service.

I bought a Videocon LCD TV Some 3 Years Before, On 14/03/2016 I Got Issue In SMPS Power Supply(No Display With Audio) Which Was Changed By Your Vendor Srinvas Electronics Chennai And They Charged Us RS 4300 I Have The Bill For The Same Which is Also Attached In The Mail And During That Time They Provided 6 Months Waranty, Which Is Also Written In The Bill And From 30/07/2016 We Got The Same Issue (No Display With Audio) And When I Reached The Mobile NO [protected] I Didn't Get The Proper Response And When I Message "I Am Going to Escalate" I Got A Reply "Ok" Just You Can See What Kind Of Customer Service Provided By You Via Your Vendor. Please Ask Your Vendor Srinivas Electronics To Solve This Issue Immediately And One More Thing Please Don't Give Any Contract To This People In Future It Will Create A Bad Name To Your Videocon Brand.

I kept srinivas electronics Mail ID in loop Aswell, I don't want to hide anything.
