Based on the call from your customer service center, denying to refund or replace the the faulty product stating that the product is not the same which is originally bought, i regret to inform you that this is the only product which is delivered to me, and also like to inform you if you doubt the authenticity of the product you may the check the unique IMA number the product.Without doing so your cal center executive strongly refuses to replace or refund for the product returned. I feel very bad about your service and make me think either the supplier with whom you have partnered and the brand Video-con your portal is promoting or your portal itself indulging in fraud and cheating. I regret to inform you that I have left with no option except to approach the consumer court (consumer council) to claim my loss
