[Resolved] Videocon — not repairing my videocon ac under warranty | |||
Brand-videocon ac Serial no[protected] complain no-gur[protected] Service manager no - [protected] Service manager name - kamal My part of videocon ac (Cooling coil) was not working since november which comes under warranty. I had made a complain in november then they said to close the complain and they will provide service in feburary. And then in feburary i again lodged a complain but till now nothing has been done. I don't want super gold pack of 300 rupees plese change it to regional language odia of 99 rupees, all odia channel and other which can with this pack . I talk to cust care representative he told me about 99 pack so please activate that pack
