Videocon — refrigerator glass broken

I purchased a refrigerator in month of may. Glass inside the refrigerator was in broken condition at the time of purchase. I already book complaint in may month. But still no update i got on my complaint. The service provide told me that delay at company end. The service person behaviour is also not good.
