I am facing signal issues from last 15 days. I registered my complaint on 16, 19, 20, 24 and 28th sep 2016. I keep on calling every day what i get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me yet. All i get is complaint no. Nothing else. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. I dont know what you are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. I really feel bad, thinking again & again why i have chosen this company who don't ever care what his customer feel about his services. I will recommend all other never use services of this company. There is no one who will take responsibility to take action against it. If they are giving such services. What his customer feel about his services. Even your customer care senior employee mr vikas from mohali punjab centre don't know how to talk to the client who is having some problem with your product. Your system shows that you have send a command to my d2h box for reboot twice for better signal quality but as per mr vikas you have not registered any complaint in last 15 days, he is making fool to your clients, even i have received 3 calls from your engineer but the problem is still exist. Nov 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 23, 2016 Raaj7's response I spoke to mr.gourav, he is blahberring. He is not even cancelling my complaint. Talking rubbish. I want to take action on him.

Videocon dth rf remote not wprking for that customer care is asking me to pay for rempte and even for dish box. I have already paid for it but again they are telling me to pay. Cheating videocon worst service. I agreed to pay for remote but if the problem in dish box he asking me to pay for it. My contact number [protected].
