Snapdeal was deliverd 28.2.2016, my, Is under process (Ticket id:[protected]dated:3.3.2016 I order id: [protected] (1 item) details smart phone mphicomm c630 4gb black order no:[protected] sub order no:[protected], imei:[protected] placed on 23 feb, 2016 and received on 28th saturday immediate i tried on the phone which having problem not starting So i did immediate complaint number for 7 days return policy, a return / replace request is under process (Ticket id:[protected] for return the phone but as on today no one responding about this is Worst of your online bussiness, so request collect this mobile and please refund replace with good product as immediatly open, its not working then immediatly i tryied to call, Toll free number to replacement or any other good products but hasn't responding and lodged complaint through email but as on today no response and service so request Related person to take actions worth of customers time, vijay kumar [protected] from hyderabad Customer care centre: [protected] Comlaint detailes below 1) 28.02.2016 2)karthik 10.03.2016 6.30pm hope one engineer will come 3) 04.03.20016 same thing.
