Vijay Sales — delay in order delivery | |||
I have ordered panasonic tv and bajaj geaser led on 6th nov 2018 and i was told that the delivery of the same would be done on 9th november 2018. My complaint is if there is delay in the delivery you should drop message to the customer and give proper information. Kindly take this feedback as it is very disappointing and in future i am sure that i will never deal with vijay sales. And not recommend this organization to my friends and relatives. I have purchased a new ifb washing machine from VIJAY sales chandan Nagar branch on 9th Nov 2018 but it was defective as informed by ifb demo EXECUTIVE same thing I communicate on customer care no but till that no response received.
