FAULTY AIR CONDITIONER
I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner from your Thane LBS Branch on 20th October 2016 vide Sales Invoice No190-BWG10-16SIFPAW 237. The said Air Conditioner has been giving constant problems and I have called the technician many times in last four months which you can check from your call record. Even the gas refilling has been done by the technician but still the problem persist, I made a personal visit to your Outlet and met Mr Inderjeet (Executive) regarding the same, who according to me was favouring the company and requested me to refill the gas once more Which according to me is not a satisfactory answer.
So it’s a kind request to replace the said unit at the earliest and oblige. Was this information helpful? |
