It's been three months i have purchased the laptop and also i have replaced it one time and again the new one is also dead. While using laptop automatically its dead and now its not charging and turning on.
I want replacement . Your products are not good This is the second time i face this problem.Please resolve it immeadiately.My important files are in my laptop

disconnect al the external devices from laptop including ac plug, mouse, pendrive
now press and the power button for 30 seconds, after release
don't turn on keep it up for 2 minutes
now power on the laptop ., see its powered ON
