Vijay Sales — mobile purchase not convert in emi

I had brought redmi y1 mobile with 6 months merchant emi from vijay sales chandkheda ahmedabad on dated 30 april 2018 at rs. 9299/- i had asked for this transaction amount convert with merchant emi. Then i contacted this branch & requested for emi but their is no satisfactory reply or don't taken action. So till todays date (9th june days gone) this transaction amount not convert in emi. So pls convert this perticular transaction with merchant emi to you end. I herewith attached proof of my bill & merchant emi acknowledge. So do further process & reply me asap.
