Dear Concerned,
My name is Parth Chopra and I placed an order from Vijay Sales online store on 1st of May. My registered mobile number is [protected].
As you can see in the attached screenshot, I was promised a delivery within 3 days maximum, and as you can also see in Screenshot number 2, that my order has not even been invoiced yet. I have to present this watch as a gift for my mother on her 50th Birthday, that is tomorrow, 5th May. If the watch comes after that, it is absolutely useless for me. I have been calling the so called “Customer Care” numbers day in day out, and most of the time they are not answered. Whenever they are, the clear response is that this is not our department, the online sales team handles this issue, and they will call you. Not a single call since then. I e-mailed the moment I ordered on [protected]@vijaysales as well, stating clearly that if the order is difficult to be delivered within this time duration, please let me know where it is available, and I shall go pick it up myself. Again, no response.
I repeat the urgency of the situation, if the watch comes after tomorrow, it is redundant for me. I will ask for a refund, and take this to the forum for “Misleading the Customers”. If 3 days is unrealistic, then you should not write it there, especially after asking my pincode.
This issue needs resolution TODAY. I state again, tell me where I can pick it from, and I will gladly do that.
