Vijay Sales — not on commitment

On friday 16th march 2018, i went to vijay sales for tv. And i purchased sony's tv on full finance. The sales person there told me that i will receive it the next day that is saturday 17th march 2018. So me and my family waited in an excitement.
The next day i. E. Saturday 17th march 2018. I called up vijay sales asking for the time when will my tv arrive. The female other side says "your tv is on finance so it takes one day so delivery will be tomorrow i. E. Sunday 18th march 2018".
Today i. E. Sunday, my dad called up and again asked for the range of delivery timings and was informed between 2pm to 5pm. It's been 9.15pm and yet tv is not delivered. He called up again for the same and was again informed that the delivery timing was from 2pm to 10pm.
I mean what the hell is going on!!!
